Who We Are
Sewells Paving has evolved to be one of the most reputable, professional and well-known businesses in the Fredericton Paving Contractors industry, specializing in both commercial and residential paving.
Owner and operator, Darrell Sewell, began working in the paving industry in Woodstock, New Brunswick in 1991.
In 2001, Darrell started his own paving company: Sewells Paving. Although it was incorporated in Woodstock, demand brought the business to it’s new home, Fredericton, NB. In 2012, Darrell established his own asphalt plant, now recognized as one of the cleanest, most environmentally friendly plants in New Brunswick.
In 2022, Sewells Paving expanded to serve the greater Moncton, NB region and purchased a state of the art asphalt plant to ensure proper quality, efficiency and timeliness on all commercial and residential paving projects. Sewells Paving is excited to transport the well established reputation to the greater Moncton area and continue to lead in personal and community paving projects.
Today, Sewells Paving is known for our exceptional paving jobs in Woodstock, Fredericton, St. Stephen, Moncton and their surrounding areas. Our asphalt is also used by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, along with other local paving companies.
Big jobs or small, Sewells Paving does them all. From airports, parking lots, subdivisions, and tennis courts, to streets, driveways, sidewalks and more.
Whether the driveway needs dug-out and a new foundation put in, or simply resurfacing, Sewells Paving has years of professional experience in it all.
Sewells Paving currently serves Fredericton, Oromocto, Gagetown, Burton, Chipman, Minto, Nackawic, Boiestown, Doaktown, Woodstock, Harvey, McAdam, St. Stephen, St. Andrews, St. Geroge, Moncton, Riverview, Dieppe, Salisbury, Shediac, Bouctouche, Sackville and their surrounding areas. The paving season runs from May to November.
